Welcome to the Bainbridge Grange !
The Grange Hall has been a lively part of Bainbridge life since its beginning in 1915 as the Old Homestead Social Club. In 1934, a group of Islanders came together to form Bainbridge Grange #1051. In 1942, the group bought the building and property from the Old Homestead Social Club. In addition to supporting local agriculture, the members held card parties and weekly Saturday night dances to help pay for the Hall.
Today, the Bainbridge Grange continues to support local agriculture and engage in community service. We’d love to have you bring your ideas and join us.
We all had a great time at the Farmer Appreciation Potluck on November 6th! The food was local and delicious, and the Bainbridge Grange teamed up with Friends of the Farms to sponsor the event.
We love our farmers!
Grange meetings are held each month on the 2nd Tuesday at 6:30 pm. The Hall is located at 10340 Madison Avenue.
If you’d like to learn more about our activities, you can get on the Friends of the Grange list by emailing secretary@bainbridgegrange.org
What a wonderful November 6th. evening!!! Thank you for all the hospitality – I really enjoyed myself as I know others felt the same way as I.
I joined your Grange. I need a homeowners insurance policy and I’ve not received a response to my queries to your state organization.
Can you refer me to whomever I need to contact about insurance?
Thank You. Nikki Johanson 360-509-0744; nikkijwa@yahoo.com
Yes, this is Thanksgiving day and I am thankful for many things including being connected with your Grange.
